dc.description.abstractCom o advento da pandemia ocasionada pela doença intitulada COVID-19, aumentou-se o número de empresas que passam a utilizar o trabalho remoto como nova condição. Dada a transição abrupta, a presente pesquisa tem como objetivo final analisar como a Programação Neurolinguística pode ser adotada pelo líder da área comercial de uma empresa de Petróleo e Gás para reduzir a influência indesejável do trabalho remoto. Para tanto, utilizou-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa em uma empresa do ramo de Petróleo e Gás, especificamente em seu setor Comercial. O método de coleta de dados se deu por entrevistas, somadas a um questionário aplicado aos entrevistados da área em questão. Os resultados encontrados na pesquisa corroboram o que foi encontrado na literatura, e indicam que os funcionários, diante do trabalho remoto, são impactados de maneiras distintas de acordo com seus Sistemas Representacionais mais preponderantes. Foram detectados quatro Sistemas Representacionais distintos, e cada um deles afeta os entrevistados de maneira singular: para os Visuais, a falta de encontros virtuais por câmera; para os Auditivos, a ausência de local silencioso; para os Cinestésicos, o sentimento de solidão, e; para os Auditivos Digitais, a dificuldade de obter informações. Com base nesses resultados, elaborou-se um Manual de Boas Práticas destinado à liderança para que sejam reduzidos os impactos supracitados. A PNL tem como um de seus objetivos evidenciar a melhor faceta de cada ser humano, aumentando sua eficiência. Por conseguinte, com colaboradores mais conscientes de suas fortalezas e de seus pontos possíveis de melhoria, aumenta-se a chance de se extrair o melhor de cada indivíduo.pt_BR

dc.description.abstractOtherWith the advent of the pandemic occasioned by the disease entitled COVID-19, the number of companies which began utilizing remote work as a new condition increased. Given this abrupt transition, the primary objective of this research is to analyze how Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) can be adopted by the leader of the commercial area of an Oil and Gas company to reduce the undesirable influence of remote work. For this purpose, a qualitative research was used in an Oil and Gas company, specifically in its Commercial sector. The method of data collection was based on interviews, along with a questionnaire applied to respondents of the area previously mentioned. The results found in the research corroborate what was found in the literature, and indicate that employees, faced with remote work, are impacted in different ways according to their mostly predominant Representational Systems. Four different Representational Systems were detected, and each of them affects the interviewees in a singular manner: for the Visual, they lacked virtual calls with cameras turned on; for Auditory, they lacked a silent place; for Kinesthetic, the feeling of loneliness, and; for Auditory Digital, the difficulty to obtain information. Based on the results, a Manual of Good Practices for the leadership was prepared to reduce the aforementioned impacts. One of the objectives of NLP is to show the best facet of each human being, increasing their efficiency. Therefore, with employees more aware of their strengths and possible points of improvement, the chance of extracting the best from each individual is increased.en
