Os tratamentos avaliados foram: T1: 0 mg N kg -1 solo -1, T2: 50 mg N kg solo -1, T3: 100 mg N kg solo -1, T4: 150 mg N kg solo -1, T5: 50 mg N kg solo -1 + Ab-V5 + Ab-V6, T6: 50 mg N kg solo -1 + BiomaPhos, T7: 50 mg N kg solo -1 + Aprinza; T8: 50 mg N kg solo -1 + Fungo micorrízico arbuscular (FMA); T9: 50 mg N kg solo -1 + SP245 + Herbaspirillum seropedicae e T10: 100 mg N kg solo -1 + Ab-V5 + Ab-V6. |
| Abstract: | The efficient management of nitrogen fertilizer combined with the use of bioinputs is a strategy to improve the efficiency of N-fertilizer use by crops in soils with low availability of N supply. Considering the high economic and environmental cost of the fertilizer fertilization process nitrogen fertilizers, and combined with the increase in demand for food, there is a need to incorporate new technologies into agricultural activities aimed at reducing the use of nitrogen fertilizers. The objective of the work was to evaluate the effect of 5 bioinoculants formulated with growth-promoting microorganisms, associated with nitrogen fertilization on the growth and efficiency of nitrogen fertilization in corn plants. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse at Embrapa Agrobiologia located in the municipality of Seropédica-RJ. The experimental design used was in randomized blocks, with 10 treatments (dose of N and inoculants of plant growth-promoting microorganisms, MPCPs) and five replications, using two types of soil. The treatments evaluated were: T1: 0 mg N kg -1 soil -1, T2: 50 mg N kg soil -1, T3: 100 mg N kg soil -1, T4: 150 mg N kg soil -1, T5: 50 mg N kg soil -1 + Ab-V5 + Ab-V6, T6: 50 mg N kg soil -1 + BiomaPhos, T7: 50 mg N kg soil -1 + Aprinza; T8: 50 mg N kg soil -1 + Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus; T9: 50 mg N kg soil -1 + SP245 + Herbaspirillum seropedicae and T10: 100 mg N kg soil -1 + Ab-V5 + Ab-V6. Dry mass accumulation and N content in the plant were evaluated. Total chlorophyll indices, stem height and diameter, N-fertilizer use efficiency and macro and micronutrient content in plants were also evaluated. Treatments T2, T5, T6, T7, T8, T9 and T10 were labeled with 15N to evaluate the efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer. The application of increasing doses of N-urea provided greater accumulation of dry mass and N content in the plant. Inoculation with MPCPs provided greater efficiency of N-fertilizer use, being in the Argisol the inoculation with Aprinza (89.6%) and in the Latosol with Ab-V5 + Ab-V6 (86%). Only the contents of K, Fe, Zn and Mn showed a significant response after inoculation with the inoculants Ab-V5 + Ab-V6, BiomaPhos, Aprinza and FMA Fungus. The chlorophyll content was significant in the Argisol when the plants were inoculated with BiomaPhos and in the Latosol only the inoculation with FMA Fungus was not beneficial. Inoculation with the FMA Fungus and BiomaPhos in the Latosol provided greater height to the corn plants. The stem diameter was positively influenced when the plants were inoculated with AbV5+AbV6 and SP245/Herbaspirrilum (Latosol) and the inoculation with BiomaPhos and FMA Fungus provided greater stem diameter in the Argisol. |
